BILL are a psychedelic punk rock band from New England, 1987-present. According to journalists, BILL are the first band to include a key member with an intellectual disability: lead singer Bill Gage, who has Down syndrome. BILL continue to be active, finishing a new lp in ‘22, & currently recording an even newer album in ‘23.
